SHIPPING POLICY

At PinPoint Trackers, we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery for all our products. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy, as it applies to any order placed with us.

Free Delivery
Delivery is free for all PinPoint Trackers within the UK.

Subscriptions
After purchasing a tracker, you will receive an email within 3 working days to set up your subscription with Track Manager.

Lead Time
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.
Please note that unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance. For more details, please refer to our Terms.

Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options and, in some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping. All delivery times and dates are provided in good faith as estimates and may vary.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused.

  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Starting a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalised products.
Items sold as part of a final sale or on clearance.

 

Gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest approach is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.


Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
